How do I place a custom order?

Choose your product (T-shirt, hoodie, crewneck, etc.)
Select your size and color
Add the item to your cart and complete checkout
Email your design with your order number

What file types do you accept?

We accept the following file formats:

PNG
PDF
AI
SVG
EPS

For best results we recommend 300 DPI resolution. If you are unsure about your file, send it to us and we will review it.

Where do I send my design?

After placing your order, email your artwork to:

Please include your order number in the email.

We will confirm the design before printing.

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within:

3–5 business days

Shipping time will depend on your location.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes, we offer embroidery on selected products.

Embroidery requires a one-time digitizing fee to convert your logo into a stitch file used by embroidery machines.

Once your logo is digitized, future orders will not require this setup fee.
